About these terms

These terms cover your use of racefitgyms.co.uk, run by George Evans-Sinacola trading as RaceFit Gyms ([email protected]). By using the site you agree to them.

Directory information

Listings are based on the public HYROX Training Club finder and gyms' own websites. We check visitor prices by hand where shown, with a date, but gyms change prices, timetables and visitor policies. Always confirm with the gym before you travel or pay. RaceFit is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by HYROX.

Race information

Race dates and venues come from official event pages. Entries, heats and rules are set by the organiser; check the official event page and rulebook.

Affiliate links

Some kit links are Amazon affiliate links. If you buy, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. This doesn't affect which gyms we list.

For gyms: claims and Featured listings

• Free listings stay free. We may edit or decline submitted content that's inaccurate, misleading or unlawful.
• The Featured pilot runs for 30 days without payment details. It ends on day 31 unless you choose to subscribe.
• Featured subscriptions (£20/month or £200/year) are billed in advance through Stripe and renew until cancelled. Email us to cancel; Featured stays live until the end of the paid period. We don't refund part-periods unless the law requires it.
• Featured placement is labelled as Featured and never changes the order of the regular list.
• You confirm you're authorised to act for the gym and that what you send us is accurate and yours to share.

Liability

We provide the site with reasonable care but can't guarantee it's error-free or always available. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
